Your Local Vet in Point Cook

"Our visit to Direct Vet Services at Point Cook was great. We had Kate as or vet and the care and attention she gave to our pup was greatly appreciated. She listened to or concerns and acted accordingly to help us with our dogs needs. We wish we had found them long ago."

"The best and most caring team!
DVS has been a god sent to myself and my dogs.
My German Shepherd is highly reactive and the team make every visit to the vet so easy and stress free. We manage Margot's anxiety / reactivity with medication and a slow introduction into the consult.
The staff always clear the way so Margot doesn't feel the need to react in reception and she goes straight into a quiet room.
Dr Sarah takes her time, makes sure we are both good and ready to start the consult. Margot is fully checked, my concerns for her are met and I can breathe because she is stress free and getting the care that she needs.

In the past I found previous vets wouldn't give myself or my dog the time of day, would be scared of my dog or would quickly diagnose and usually give the wrong diagnosis which ended up with myself spending more money & countless trips to the vet.

DVS always provide fantastic care and make me feel comfortable that my dog has been taken care of properly.

Thanks Team"

"DVS is the place where we go when Rocket needs help, that we can’t give. The fact the he happily enters the practice and hesitates to leave after treatment says it all. All staff there are most accommodating and helpful, putting us at ease in no time."

"We had an emergency with our puppy and called Direct Vet Services. They were all booked out but after hearing about our concerns offered to get one of the nurses to see our dog for assurance. When we got there they were professional, organised, friendly, clean. They even have an awesome cat that just hangs around! The nurse saw our dog and referred him to the vet who gave us a great game plan. Really affordable. Highly recommend...will be our go to vet in the future. We are lucky to have such an amazing vet clinic in our area."

"We found Direct Vet Services when our cat became very ill and our regular vet couldn't fit him in. A week after our first visit our boy declined rapidly and we had to make an emergency visit, unfortunately he didn't make it. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Direct Vets for making time and space for us.
I know your schedules are incredibly busy at the moment but we were treated with so much compassion and never once felt rushed to say goodbye.
You really made the most difficult day so much easier to handle. Dr Sarah is incredible.
We'll be bringing the rest of our animals over in the future."
