Booking Terms:
Please provide 24 hours notice, should you no longer be available for or require your appointment. No cancellation fees will apply with 24 hours notice. We appreciate emergencies happen and will take that into consideration. However, you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee for missed appointments or those cancelled without 24 hours notice.
Prescriptions/medications:
Please allow 24-48 hours for medication requests to be filled. These must be completed by a vet and require a review of your pets records. If we have not seen you pet within a maximum 6 months for chronic cases or 3-4 months for complex cases, we will require an appointment for “Medication review”. Urgent supply may be able to be available, incurring an additional fee. Please be aware we may sometimes need to supply alternative brands, if you usual one is not available.
